Job Description
A minimum of 8-10 years of progressively responsible experience within HRIS, IT, or Human Resources functions, with at least 5 years explicitly dedicated to the management and implementation of SAP SuccessFactors modules (Employee Central expertise is mandatory). - Documented, successful experience serving in a Product Owner, Product Manager, or principal Solution Architect capacity with a focus on HR technology solutions. - Demonstrated expertise in the architectural design, hire to offboarding, construction, and maintenance of intricate HR system integrations utilizing industry-standard middleware platforms (e.g., SAP Cloud Platform Integration/HCI, Dell Boomi).
