Purpose of the Role

To manage and oversee all Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) activities for the AI/Data Center project, ensuring a safe, compliant, and sustainable work environment throughout design, construction, and commissioning phases. The Manager HSE is responsible for implementing HSE policies, monitoring performance, leading teams, and coordinating with stakeholders to minimize risks, prevent incidents, and promote a strong safety culture in alignment with regulatory requirements, corporate standards, and industry best practices.

Key Responsibilities

1. Manage HSE programs and policies, ensuring compliance with local regulations, corporate standards, and data center industry best practices.

2. Lead risk assessment and mitigation initiatives across all project activities, including civil, mechanical, electrical, and IT infrastructure works.

3. Oversee incident management, including investigations, root cause analysis, and implementation of corrective and preventive actions.

4. Lead and mentor the HSE team, provide safety training, and promote a proactive safety culture across project teams and contractors.

5. Coordinate HSE activities with contractors, vendors, and project stakeholders, ensuring accountability, continuous improvement, and integration into project planning and execution.

6. Conduct regular audits, inspections, and HSE performance reviews, identifying gaps and recommending improvements.

7. Prepare and present HSE reports, dashboards, and KPIs to senior management and project stakeholders.

8. Drive sustainability and environmental initiatives, ensuring environmental compliance and promoting eco-friendly practices across the project.

BE Civil/ Electrical/ Mechanical
