Position Overview: The role involves developing, implementing, and
oversee training programs to ensure staff are well-equipped with the
necessary skills and knowledge to provide exceptional customer service
and operational efficiency.




Responsibilities: 


  • Design and develop training programs that align with the company’s
    strategic goals and business needs. 
  • Create engaging and effective training materials, including e-learning
    modules, workshops, and manuals. 
  • Incorporate various instructional techniques and technologies to
    maximize learning outcomes. 
  • Conduct training sessions and workshops for employees at all levels,
    including onboarding for new hires, leadership development, and
    skills enhancement. 
  • Facilitate engaging and interactive learning experiences that cater to
    different learning styles. 
  • Conduct regular training needs assessments to identify skill gaps and
    areas for improvement.




  • Collaborate with department heads and managers to determine
    training requirements and priorities. 
  • Develop and implement evaluation methods to measure the
    effectiveness of training programs. 
  • Analyze feedback and training outcomes to continuously improve
    training initiatives.
  •  Monitor industry trends and best practices to keep training programs
    current and relevant.
    Maintain accurate training records and documentation. 
  • Work closely with HR, Operations, and other departments to align
    training initiatives with organizational goals.
  •  Lead and manage a team of training professionals, providing
    guidance and support as needed.





  • Qualifications & Skill Requirements: 
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development,
    or a related field. 
  • Strong analytical skills to assess training needs and gaps. 
  • Strong problem-solving skills to address and adapt to evolving
    training needs.
  • Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
