Manager - Human Resources

We’re looking for an HR Tech professional to lead SuccessFactors production support and drive innovative HR solutions across countries. You’ll partner with HR teams to analyze needs, streamline processes, and design scalable, best‑practice‑driven solutions that elevate the employee experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Partner closely with country leadership and HR Centers of Excellence to analyze and redesign existing HR processes and workflows for continuous improvement within the SuccessFactors environment.
• Plan and facilitate solution design workshops with both internal and external stakeholders, leveraging market benchmarking and industry standards to identify optimal HR technology solutions.
• Conduct detailed impact assessments and cost-benefit analyses comparing current (‘As-Is‘) versus future (‘To-Be‘) processes; develop robust business cases to support leadership decision-making.
• Define and implement comprehensive project governance frameworks for cross-country teams, guaranteeing adherence to agreed requirements and quality standards.
• Oversee ongoing system administration and business support functions, coordinating proactively with technology providers, implementation partners, and internal teams to promptly resolve issues and maintain system integrity.
• Collaborate with external consultants, IT, and internal stakeholders to integrate HR systems with broader technology platforms, enhancing data accuracy and operational efficiency.
• Work alongside functional teams to standardize data management practices, identify critical data elements, and create comprehensive data templates to meet the diverse needs of stakeholders across the enterprise.
