Job Description

Manage end-to-end payroll operations for China and Singapore and Dubai for a workforce of 500+ employees.
Handle employee queries and resolve concerns related to payroll processing and taxation.
Possess strong knowledge of payroll accounting, statutory compliance requirements, return filings.
Manage Group Insurance renewals and validating endorsement copies and CD balance.
Provide support for internal audits and statutory audits by ensuring accurate documentation and compliance.
Maintain payroll-related trackers, reports, and documentation as required.
Take ownership of ad-hoc assignments and special projects based on business needs.

Must-Have Requirements:
5–7 years of experience in managing international payroll operations
Graduation in any discipline
Advanced proficiency in MS Excel
Strong written and verbal communication skills with excellent interpersonal abilities
Working knowledge of HRMS/employee benefits platforms
