The Human Resources (HR) Manager serves as trusted partner to operational leaders within a complex, unionized manufacturing environment and will have to manage client groups with both union and non-union workforce.

The Human Resources (HR) Manager is responsible for leading HR in supporting the business through strategic and tactical human resources initiatives. This role ensures alignment of HR strategies with business objectives and provides expert advice on HR policies and programs.
