The Manager, Human Resources Operations and Systems is responsible for leading the strategy, administration, and optimization of core HR systems and operational processes. This role manages a team focused on HR technology, data management, reporting, and operational excellence. The manager ensures systems and workflows support compliance, accuracy, and efficiency, while enabling informed decision-making across the HR portfolio.
