Job Description

- Manage end-to-end payroll operations for China and Singapore and Dubai for a workforce of 500+ employees.
- Handle employee queries and resolve concerns related to payroll processing and taxation.
- Possess strong knowledge of payroll accounting, statutory compliance requirements, return filings.
- Manage Group Insurance renewals and validating endorsement copies and CD balance.
- Provide support for internal audits and statutory audits by ensuring accurate documentation and compliance.
- Maintain payroll-related trackers, reports, and documentation as required.
- Take ownership of ad-hoc assignments and special projects based on business needs.
Must-Have Requirements:
- 5–7 years of experience in managing international payroll operations
- Graduation in any discipline
- Advanced proficiency in MS Excel
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with excellent interpersonal abilities
- Working knowledge of HRMS/employee benefits platforms
