Lead HR for a proudly local brewery with global backing

Amsterdam Brewery is home to an iconic craft brewery and two beloved hospitality venues Amsterdam BrewHouse and Amsterdam Barrel House alongside our distribution partner. We’re looking for an on‑site HR Manager, Canada to lead our end‑to‑end people agenda across our Canadian business, shaping culture, compliance, capability and performance‑driven culture, backed by HR International, Royal Unibrew (RU).

What You’ll Do

  • Trusted HR Advisor to CAD Leadership and People Managers
  • Ensuring the delivery of HR operational tasks including oversight of local payroll and all aspects of employee lifecycle
  • Ensuring that all HR policies and procedures comply with local legislative requirements and are competitive in appropriate markets across all Canadian entities.
