Manager (IC) - Environmental Health & Safety

Manage the daily functions of the HSE area related to the Company's operations.

Lead the HSE area for the region, ensuring compliance with knowledge of the Company's rules and applicable local legislation. Technical guidance for the commercial, legal, projects and operations areas in order to meet the Company's needs and what actions are necessary, including permissions, licenses, deadlines, etc.

Control, together with operational areas and regional leaders, routine preventive process into the site operations.

Team Management: Lead, motivate, and coordinate the HSE operations team to ensure efficient service delivery.

Planning and Execution: Develop operational plans, set goals, and ensure services are delivered according to established quality standards and deadlines.

Quality Control: Monitor the quality of services provided, implement continuous improvements, and ensure customer satisfaction.

Resource Management: Allocate human, financial, and material resources efficiently to support operations.

Customer Relationship: Maintain constant communication with customers through formal channels to understand their needs, resolve issues, and ensure loyalty.

Compliance and Safety: Ensure operations comply with legal, regulatory, and internal policies, as well as promoting a safe environment.

What we’re looking for

Engineering degree or similar

Desirable Safety Engineering certification

Experience with multidisciplinary teams

Experience working with different countries

English and spanish languages

Computer knowledge (especially - Excel and Power Point)

Availability to travel

Experience interacting with government agencies
