EHSS MANAGER
Bachelor's degree or equivalent related experience 5+ years
CSP, CHMM, Other related certifications preferred
Partners with site management in the areas of environmental, health, safety and risk management to lead the EHS RM program/culture through proactive continuous improvement activities. Trains team to proactively promote well-being of employees and communities where we work. May manage EHS Specialist(s) in assigned location. Provides hiring, promotion and disciplinary action recommendations, as well as performance evaluation and feedback for direct reports.
Develops, implements, and improves environmental, health and safety programs based on regulations, corporate standards, and best practices for location.
