The Manager II, Training & Quality is responsible for assisting with the leadership, team development and process compliance for Training and Quality in all the programs. This position cultivates client and departmental relationships resulting in reduced cost, continual performance improvement, and increased revenue. Responsible for the overall direction, coordination, and evaluation of the department.

Essential Functions/Core Responsibilities

· Manage the program to achieve Training and Quality productivity goals and contractual requirements

· Manage the training calendar to meet business and client needs

· Provide effective Managers coaching and development to achieve and improve performance
