As a Manager in Training (MIT) at Belle Tire, you do what it takes to keep life moving for our customers. You'll play a key leadership role in the store and contribute to driving sales and managing daily operations of a multi-million-dollar retail business. What You'll Do

  • Develop lasting customer relationships by understanding customers' needs and provide Belle Tire solutions according to their needs

  • Follow Belle Tire's Sales Process

  • Manage a cash drawer; process customer payments and maintain daily cash reconciliation

  • Direct the workflow in the shop, ensuring smooth and efficient operations
