Job Summary: Our MIT – Manager in Training – Program is a 1-2 year fast‑track program to advance your career path, preparing you to take on a branch management and/or strategic sales role within our organization. It’s an exciting time at Roofmart as we are opening the opportunity to a select few to join our class of MIT candidates.
