The Store Manager is responsible for the day-to-day store operations. This includes hiring, training, and scheduling team members. As the leader of the team, the store manager is responsible for giving direction, setting goals, and providing feedback. The Store Manager is responsible for ensuring that the store is running smoothly. This includes proper staffing levels, inventory management, controllables including labor and cash/inventory shortages, and timely reporting of all maintenance issues.
