The opportunity

This role will lead teams to develop, implement and manage the incident management program and operations. This role also investigates cybersecurity events, mitigates risks, enhances security protocols, maintains incident logs, and coordinates collaborative response efforts.

Your key responsibilities

  • Hires, evaluates, and supervises crew. Provides guidance and training as necessary to develop crew. Sets performance standards, reviews performance, and makes informed compensation decisions in accordance with all applicable Human Resources policies and procedures.
  • Leads the incident response team in addressing and managing the aftermath of a security breach or attack. Manages the resolution of complex security related issues elevated from staff and clients.
