Position reports to the Chief Financial Officer and involves underwriting, financial analysis, due diligence, structuring debt and equity for acquisitions, dispositions and refinancing, and leading a team of Analysts.

Base pay range

CA$120,000.00/yr - CA$150,000.00/yr

• Oversee underwriting, analysis, due diligence related efforts, and structuring of debt and equity for each acquisition, disposition, and refinance
