Manager - Investor Relations

The ideal candidate will be responsible for investor relations activities and communicating the Company's financial performance and strategy including to enhance the Company’s relationships with the investors and analysts.

Responsibilities:

Investor Relations

• Plan engagements with Investors and Analysts on the EML’s developments
• Preparation of board meeting related documents (financial results, talk points etc.)
• Publishing the Investor presentation post quarterly results
• Draft Management discussion and analysis (MD&A) of annual report
• Periodic updates to the management about Investors/analysts activities and interaction
• Provide insights on market activity and present them to the leadership team including analyst reports, shareholding and stock performance report
• Track financial, business and operating performance of International peers
