Educational Qualifications

(Preference for techno-commercial exposure over pure finance roles)

Purpose of the Role
The Manager – Io T Commercial Operations is responsible for managing the techno-commercial aspects of Io T products across their complete lifecycle—from product conceptualization, pricing, and UAT to launch, scaling, and operational support.
The role works closely with Io T Product, Technology, Supply Chain, Sales, and Operations teams to design viable pricing models, validate system readiness through UAT, and ensure smooth commercialization of Io T solutions. The position focuses on enabling scalable growth of Io T offerings through strong commercial design, stakeholder coordination, and operational execution, rather than traditional finance or controllership responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities
• Partner with Io T Product and Business teams to design and finalize pricing models for Io T devices, platforms, and solutions.
• Own techno-commercial evaluation of Io T products including BOM analysis, cost structures, margins, and lifecycle profitability.
• Lead UAT testing for Io T products and commercial systems to ensure pricing, billing logic, and workflows are accurately implemented.
• Manage end-to-end Io T product lifecycle from commercialization readiness to post-launch support and enhancements.
• Coordinate with Technology teams to translate commercial requirements into system configurations and product features.
• Work closely with Supply Chain and Operations teams on material movement, inventory planning, and device lifecycle management.
• Support Sales and Solutioning teams with commercial inputs for Io T deals, proposals, and customer use cases.
• Ensure commercial readiness for new product launches including pricing approvals, documentation, and process alignment.
• Track performance of Io T products against defined commercial objectives and recommend pricing or model changes.
• Drive process improvements and automation across Io T commercial workflows.
• Act as a key interface between Product, Tech, Sales, Supply Chain, and Operations to ensure smooth execution.
• Ensure adherence to internal commercial policies and governance standards.
