:IT Support Desk Manager- Full time, Ongoing position – to commence as soon as practicable
An exciting opportunity exists for a highly motivated individual to play a pivotal role in the delivery of ICT services at Trinity College.
The ideal candidate will coordinate the day-to-day ICT Support Desk operations, ensuring effective triage, resolution and escalation of incidents and service requests in line with IT Service Management (ITSM) practices. The IT Support Desk Manager will organise the part-time ICT support staff, contribute to infrastructure initiatives, oversee AV and online testing coordination, and maintain accurate asset and warranty records.
