Manager- It

The Manager/ Sr. Manager (IT) will lead NoPaperForms’ IT infrastructure, ensuring operational efficiency, strong uptime, security and compliance across the organization. The role covers networks, firewall/security stack, endpoint security, IT asset lifecycle management, IT helpdesk operations and on-premises servers.

The position requires deep technical expertise, excellent leadership, and the ability to enforce robust controls aligned with industry-standard security and compliance frameworks.

• Plan, oversee, and maintain IT infrastructure, including endpoints, servers, networks, cloud like Google Workspace, O365 etc, SAN, and NAS.
• Monitor system performance, availability, capacity, and optimize resource utilization.
• Ensure smooth day-to-day IT operations, incident management, and technical support.
