Requirements
- To proactively support and strategically manage ICT environment including networks servers storage and operating systems.
- Ensure delivery of service from IT Operations team and Infrastructure team meets quality and standards.
- Ensure adequate support provided during IT and business project initiatives.
- To meet and retain compliance with relevant standards agreed with concerned departments.
- Adopt and implement best and affordable technology in ICT infrastructure to support and strengthen business requirements.
- To capacity plan in line with upcoming business requirements.
- Ensure adequate controls are applied in Infrastructure activities and operations activities.
- Ensure implementing IT security across banks sites and to ensure it as per defined baselines from relevant departments.
