The Manager, IT Network leads the design, operation, and evolution of the enterprise network and communications environment, ensuring secure, high-availability connectivity for a 24/7 hotel, casino, and corporate operation. The role oversees wired, wireless, firewall, voice, and unified communications platforms, supports critical systems such as gaming, CCTV, and guest services, and ensures regulatory compliance while delivering a reliable, premium guest experience across thousands of endpoints.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Lead the 24/7 design and operation of enterprise wired and wireless networks to ensure high availability for hotel and casino systems.
• Manage a high-density environment supporting 10,000+ endpoints, including guest devices, POS, APs, and loT.
