Manager – IT Operations & End-User Support

DP World is looking for a Manager – IT TechOps & User Support to lead IT operations and end-user support across our Oceania sites. You will manage a regional team of IT Technical Coordinators, oversee our outsourced Service Desk, and ensure reliable, high-quality support.

You will also lead projects such as CCTV and access-control rollouts, new-site tech setups, and infrastructure upgrades, keeping our frontline technologies safe, stable, and aligned with DP World standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead day-to-day IT support and technical operations across multiple DP World Australia sites.
  • Manage the outsourced Service Desk to ensure fast, reliable support for all users.
  • Oversee vendors, contracts, and service performance, driving continuous improvement.
