Role Summary
The French L1 Support Engineer will provide first-level technical support to French-speaking users, handle incidents and service requests, and ensure timely resolution as per defined SLAs. The role involves basic troubleshooting, ticket management, and effective communication with end users.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide L1 technical support to French-speaking users via call, email, and ticketing tools
- Log, track, and manage incidents/service requests in ITSM tools (ServiceNow, Remedy, etc.)
- Perform initial troubleshooting for:
- End-user issues (Windows, laptops, desktops)
