Role purpose
The role of Digitalization Program Manager leads the planning, execution, and adoption of digital transformation initiatives across logistics operations including warehousing, transportation, last-mile delivery, customs, and customer-facing digital services. The role ensures that digital programs drive operational efficiency, enhance visibility and reliability, elevate customer experience, and enable scalable growth in an increasingly automated and data-driven logistics environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify opportunities to enhance automation, enable data-driven decision-making, and improve digital user experiences.
Translate business objectives into a clear roadmap of digital initiatives and required capabilities.
Serve as the primary liaison between business stakeholders, IT teams, and external partners on all matters related to digitalization.
