Role: Manager IT Service Support and Operations (Core-CISCO-Network-Manager role) Network Lead / IT Infrastructure Manager

Qualification: Bachelors in IT/Computer Science/Network Administration

Certifications: CCNA, CCNP

Summary:

Managing the engineers who are working extensively on Cisco network software and familiar with design, support, and deployment of Cisco products, Leading the IT support team to ensure the maximum performance of a high traffic network infrastructure while maintaining system integrity.

• Communication- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Configure, troubleshooting & maintain IT network infra - Experience and knowledge of Cisco routing and switching; install, maintain, and configure Cisco devices like ASA, Firepower, IPS, Routers, Switches and Cisco AnyConnect. Also, Knowledge and experience in Proxy setup and Checkpoint firewall management.
• IT security compliance & Audit
• Managing the internal, external and client audits - Maintain Network security and compliance on ongoing basis like security patches, updated IOS, review audit logs, access controls, maintain and update network security guidelines, participate in IT security audits and mitigate risks & findings.
• Network performance Reports - Assess network performance to address business requirements and recommends for network planning and upgrades on systems. Also plan for upgrading/replacing hardware and software in the network.
• ITIL Tracking and Reporting Capacity management, change management, vendor management and incident management, including Performing disaster recovery operations.
• Availability 24x7 support availability; Flexible schedule, including the ability to work nights and weekends.
• Documentation: Ability to create accurate network diagrams and documentation for design and planning network communication systems.
• Education & experience - Bachelor's degree in network administration, information technology, computer science, or a related field with 8 - 15 yrs experience.
• Certification: Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA), Cisco Certified Network Professional (CCNP)
