Job Description
The Manager/ Sr. Manager (IT) will lead NoPaperForms’ IT infrastructure, ensuring operational efficiency, strong uptime, security and compliance across the organization. The role covers networks, firewall/security stack, endpoint security, IT asset lifecycle management, IT helpdesk operations and on-premises servers.
The position requires deep technical expertise, excellent leadership, and the ability to enforce robust controls aligned with industry-standard security and compliance frameworks.
Plan, oversee, and maintain IT infrastructure, including endpoints, servers, networks, cloud like Google Workspace, O365 etc, SAN, and NAS.
Monitor system performance, availability, capacity, and optimize resource utilization.
Ensure smooth day-to-day IT operations, incident management, and technical support.
Oversee enterprise network infrastructure: LAN/WAN, Wi-Fi, routers, switches, cabling, and connectivity.
