Qualificatio n: B.com or M.com OR MBA or CA (Preferred)
Roles and Responsibilities:
Lead end-to-end Record to Report service delivery, ensuring accurate, timely financial close, reporting, and compliance with SOX/IFRS/GAAP.
Drive operational excellence through standardization, automation, KPIs, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Manage large global teams, transitions, and stakeholder governance while meeting SLAs and audit requirements.
Partner with clients and leadership on transformation, risk mitigation, and value creation across RTR processes.
