A successful Manager, Human Resources should have:
Proven experience in HR management within the Technology & Telecoms industry.Strong knowledge of HR policies, labour laws, and best practices.Excellent organizational and decision-making skills.Proficiency in HR management tools and software.A degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.Ability to work effectively in a temporary role and achieve set objectives.
