Your main responsibilities

The Key Account Manager creates value through the identification, gain and management of new and existing key accounts, ensuring customer satisfaction and account profitability.

Key responsibilities include:

• Manage and develop national key accounts, anticipating and responding to customer needs and provide insight & reflect market changes through leading customer

• Define and achieve value-add for customer & Schindler by providing a route to innovation while integrating route-to-market strategy with marketing & product development

• Develop relationship-led business (not product selling) and enable joint development to leverage a broader portfolio of products & services with customer

• Coordinate, prepare and negotiate all bid requests and associated offers for key accounts.

• Act as a single point of contact to ensure fast and efficient solution to key account issues.

• Provide Key Account tailored reporting

What you bring

Expertise:

  • Desired experience in similar positions in the elevator and escalator industry for at least five to seven years.
  • Knowledge & Skills:

  • Desired knowledge in elevator and escalators industry –products, Key Account Management,
  • Selling skills, Schindler Finance knowledge, IT skills,
  • English skills. Customer oriented behaviour.
  • Education :

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical or Electronics) & MBA (preferred)
