Role Summary:

The KM Lead will own and drive the organization's Knowledge Management strategy, ensuring effective creation, governance, and reuse of knowledge assets. The role focuses on improving business outcomes through optimized Knowledge platforms, strong stakeholder collaboration, and data-driven continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Define and execute Knowledge Management strategy, governance, and processes.
  • Build and maintain enterprise knowledge portals and CMS platforms.
  • Lead content structuring, taxonomy, metadata, and information architecture.
  • Drive a culture of knowledge creation, sharing, and collaboration across business units.
  • Drive adoption through analytics, user engagement, and awareness programs.
