Manager- Land and Liaison

Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Land and Liaison Personnel with 7-8 years of work experience in land acquisition and regulatory liaison for renewable energy projects in Gujarat. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in navigating state and central land policies, with a strong understanding of GERC (Gujarat Electricity Regulatory Commission) and GEDA (Gujarat Energy Development Agency) policies, as well as other relevant regulations.

Key Responsibilities

Land Acquisition:

• Identify and acquire land parcels for renewable energy projects in compliance with Gujarat state laws and regulations.
• Conduct due diligence, including land title verification, mutation processes, and resolving disputes.
