Job Description

As Leader Development Manager, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the success and stability of our business. Your responsibilities will encompass engaging agency leaders to drive expansion as well as fostering the development of rookies into productive contributors, and strategically increasing our retention results.



**Position Responsibilities:**



+ Develop and effectively execute strategies and action plans at the zone level to meet the objectives of the zone in relation to the focus area assigned.

+ Develop programs and initiatives to ensure that the Agency Leader in the Zone meets their rank retention validation requirements such as but not limited to production credit, active agent count and conservation rate.

+ Create and execute programs that will enable the existing Agency Leaders (AL) to meet the next level rank/tier thus maximizing the AL compensation.
