Manager – Lean Operations

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and execute Lean transformation projects with zero conflicts, using strong project and change management capabilities
• Own and track the local Lean implementation roadmap, ensuring both short-term execution and long-term sustainability
• Engage and train relevant teams and stakeholders in Lean methodology to ensure project success and sustenance
• Establish and maintain performance management systems (KPI tracking, structured meetings, corrective action plans)
• Deliver Lean coaching and training based on Lean Academy curriculum and methodologies
• Manage the end-to-end IDEA generation program, from idea collection through to execution and sustainability

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Postgraduate degree in Science (preferably with understanding of laboratory processes in drug discovery/development)
• Lean certification from a recognized institution
• Minimum 8 years of relevant experience in process improvement, Lean management, or operational excellence
