Job Description
**Role Purpose**
This role is critical to helping develop a strong learning culture by being responsible for analysing the impact of global and regional learning activities at IHG to provide data-driven insights to demonstrate the impact of the offer and inform how we target our resources and invest where it makes the biggest difference.
**Key Accountabilities**
+ Collect, interpret, and analyze complex datasets to uncover trends, risks, and opportunities that inform strategic decisions
+ Present insights to stakeholders using visualization tools and storytelling techniques to drive alignment and action
+ Lead the development of dashboards, reports and visualizations using tools like PowerPoint and Tableau
