**Overview**
We’re looking for a highly organized and data-driven LMS Administrator to help manage, optimize, and scale learning experiences across Walmart Connect Academy (Intellum LMS). This role will partner closely with stakeholders across Product, Sales, Client Services, RevOps, and HR to ensure all training programs are seamlessly deployed, tracked, and measured for impact. The ideal candidate thrives in systems, enjoys process optimization, and brings analytical thinking to every learner interaction.
**Key Responsibilities**
+ Serve as the primary LMS administrator for Intellum, managing users, enrollments, permissions, and learning paths.
+ Pioneer an AI-first approach to content creation and prepare for the implementation of AI-personalized learner journeys.
+ Build and maintain a support and ticketing system in AirTable or other Walmart approved tool for learner and content creator support.
