**What you'll do...**
The **Manager, Learning & Development – Product Training & Certification** is responsible for the design, development, and delivery of product education and certification programs for both internal associates and external partners. This role reports to the Sr. Manager, Learning & Development – Product Training & Certification and supports the execution of training strategies that empower teams and clients to confidently use Walmart Connect’s advertising solutions. The Manager is responsible for creating engaging learning experiences, maintaining and updating training content, and ensuring programs drive adoption and measurable business outcomes. **Key Responsibilities** **Product Training for Internal Associates**
+ Support the execution of go-to-market (GTM) training strategies for new product launches.
+ Create a tiered, role-based learning framework to ensure foundational product competencies are addressed.
