Job Description

The Training Manager will lead the plant’s learning and development agenda, ensuring workforce capability through job certifications, re-certifications, continuous skills development , and talent management initiatives . This role combines training facilitation expertise with HR business partnership skills to align people development with business priorities.

You will be responsible for:

1. Job Certification & Re-certification

  • Design and manage structured certification programs for all machine operator roles.

  • Ensure timely re-certification and compliance with internal and external standards.

  • Maintain accurate training and certification records in the LMS.
