- The Learning & Development (L&D) Manager is responsible for driving a culture of continuous learning by designing and implementing training strategies that align with business goals. This role oversees learning programs, manages external providers, and ensures employees develop the skills needed to support organizational growth.
- Design, implement, and execute learning strategies and programs that align with the organization’s vision, mission, and business objectives.
- Conduct training needs analysis at both individual and organizational levels, fostering a continuous learning culture across the company.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to establish a clear and consistent framework for competency development.
