Purpose & Overall Relevance for the Organization:

To enable a people eco system around moments that matter – delivering value at every touchpoint and provide HR Learning & Development Framework for GBS Center and teams.

Active support in the GBS Roadmap implementation in regard to the Learning & Development journey of GBS. Manages and acts as a key contributor for local or global HR projects and initiatives.

Key Responsibilities and General Accountabilities:

Ensure effective and high-quality learning delivery and deployment, in close cooperation with Adidas Global Learning & Development and other key stakeholders
