The Role

Reporting to the Sr. Manager Real Estate Transactions & Lease Administration, the Manager of Lease Transactions will be responsible for executing transaction management activities for our client’s commercial buildings in a multi‑city portfolio.

In this role, the Manager of Lease Transactions will collaborate with a cross‑functional team including external strategic partners in a consistent, coordinated response to insure clear processes and seamless execution. The role involves delivering timely analysis and critical dates to align real estate with the stated business goals in each key market.
