About the Role: We are looking for an experienced Manager – Legal to oversee and manage legal affairs for our rapidly growing business. The ideal candidate should possess strong experience in contract management, litigation, and regulatory compliance, with a deep understanding of the legal and regulatory landscape surrounding financial technology, virtual assets, and digital payments.

Responsibilities

  • Draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of commercial contracts, including vendor agreements, service contracts, partnership agreements, NDAs, and technology-related contracts.
  • Advise internal stakeholders on legal risks, business implications, and mitigation strategies for new initiatives, products, and partnerships.
