About the company:



We are seeking a highly skilled Legal Professional with strong expertise in Draft, review, and negotiate commercial contracts, NDAs, MOUs, licensing, technology transfer, supply & distribution agreements.

 

*Key Responsibilities:*

Provide legal support for pharmaceutical operations including API, formulations, R&D, manufacturing, and commercial functions.

Draft, review, and negotiate commercial contracts, NDAs, MOUs, licensing, technology transfer, supply & distribution agreements.

Ensure compliance with Indian laws and pharma regulations (Drugs & Cosmetics Act, Companies Act, IP laws, SEBI where applicable).

Handle litigation management, coordination with external counsels, and regulatory authorities.

Advise on corporate governance, risk management, and compliance frameworks.

Support IPR matters including patents, trademarks, confidentiality, and data protection

Assist in M&A, due diligence, and strategic business transactions.

Monitor legal developments impacting the pharma industry and implement necessary actions.

 

*Qualifications & Experience:*

LLB / LLM from a recognized university.

8-15 years of relevant legal experience in the pharmaceutical / life sciences industry.

Strong knowledge of pharma regulations, contract law, and IPR.

Excellent drafting, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Skills:

Experience working with API / CDMO / formulation companies.

Exposure to global contracts and regulatory compliance.

Strong analytical and communication abilities.
