Role Summary

An Operations Manager Dispatch controls the workflow of dispatchers who serve the logistics/supply chain riders. It is their responsibility to ensure all orders are accounted for in each shipment and to ensure each order arrives on time.

What’s On Your Plate?

  • Ownership in taking important planning and strategy decisions.

  • Oversee budgeting, reporting, planning, and auditing.

  • Contribute to the development, implementation, and review of procedures in cooperation with regional and central teams.

  • Examine data to identify trends and performance improvement opportunities.

  • Reach set targets by driving the mindset towards the company’s values and strategy.

  • Share status updates of the operations with upper management and set action plans for improvements.

  • Build a strong relationship with senior stakeholders.

  • Participating in and contributing to the promotion of the company’s culture and encouraging top performance and high morale.

  • Provide strong and inspired leadership for the organization.

  • Plan and review compensation actions.

  • Qualifications

  • English proficiency at B1 level or above

  • Proven background in BPO and E-commerce operations

  • Minimum 3 years of management experience in operations

  • Experience managing large-scale and complex operations

  • Experience handling multi-market accounts

  • Six Sigma Green Belt certification is a plus
