PERSOL is currently sourcing an experienced and highly motivated Branch Manager on behalf of my client, a leading provider of building and maintenance services. About the Role:

As Branch Manager, you will oversee all branch operations and housing maintenance works, ensuring projects are delivered safely, efficiently, and to the highest standard. You’ll lead a dedicated team of 2 Supervisors and approximately 10 direct reports, supported by reception/admin staff. You will be the key point of contact for our clients, building and maintaining strong relationships, and ensuring the branch operates smoothly and compliantly.
