Job Description
**Summary:**
You’ll ensure the safe, efficient, and reliable operation of our Business Center (Tyre Building, Curing, and Final Finish). In this role, you’ll manage engineering operations, support continuous improvement, and maximize production uptime—all while leading a skilled team and driving business success.

+ You will troubleshoot electrical and mechanical issues in real time to minimize downtime.
