Position Summary

Manage and control the preventive and corrective maintenance of machinery, mechanical and electrical, determining and inspecting the execution of tasks, discussing, setting, and providing remedies, so that work can be performed at set times. Practice and monitor the Corporate Code of Conduct with people in the areas where he/she is working in projects

Essential Responsibilities

  • Ensure the process systems security conditions.
  • Maintain availability of process equipment.
  • Participate in planning improvement, expansion, and strategic business changes.
  • Support production systems.
  • Develop and maintain the 5s in the production computers.
  • Design and implement corrective maintenance.
  • Implement the Tool Crib system.
  • Update and automate processes and productive equipment.
  • Financially justify the purchase of new equipment.
  • Transfer and implement new processes teams.
  • Give training on maintenance systems.
  • Review and update maintenance plans.
  • Review the performance maintenance staff.
  • Set up and update production equipment maintenance.
  • Give the annual maintenance execution.

    • Position Requirements

    EXPERIENCE:

  • De 5-10 years
  • EDUCATION: Professional degree / 90% English
  • EXPERIENCE: Knowledge (TPM, SMED, 5S, etc.), SIX SIGMA, lean manufacturing software (Office, ACAD, PRO I, VISIO, etc.), maintenance and plant computer systems
