Qualifications and Skills

• Proficiency in predictive maintenance technologies is fundamental to prevent downtime and enhance operational efficiency (Mandatory skill).
• Familiarity with industrial safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment and adherence to regulatory compliance (Mandatory skill).
• Expertise in HPML SINTA (Mandatory skill).
• Experience with computerized maintenance management systems (CMMS) for effective tracking and scheduling of maintenance activities.
• Solid understanding of root cause analysis for troubleshooting and implementing solutions to prevent recurrence of issues.
• Knowledge of lean manufacturing principles to optimize processes, reduce waste, and improve productivity.
• Experience with total productive maintenance (TPM) to ensure equipment is reliable and efficiently maintained.
• Ability to develop equipment reliability strategies to enhance the performance and lifespan of machinery.
