  • Position Title – Manager/Senior Manager-Maintenance
  • Location – Hosur
  • Total Experience –13 to 18 Years
  • Qualification – B.E. (Mechanical/Electrical) (Full Time Education is compulsory, Distance Learning will not be considered)
  • Reporting to- Plant Head
  • Direct Team Size - 3 (Supervisors/Engineers, NEEM/NAPS Trainees, and Technicians).
  • Languages Known- English, Tamil (Preferred)
  • Industry- Auto /Auto Ancillary & Our Competitor Industries


Key Responsibilities: -


OEE (Overall Equipment Effectiveness) Improvement: -

  • Lead initiatives to enhance machine availability, performance, and quality.
  • Conduct root cause analysis to address recurring issues impacting OEE.


MTTR / MTBF Optimization: -

  • Minimize Mean Time to Repair (MTTR) and maximize Mean Time Between Failures (MTBF) through proactive maintenance strategies.
  • Implement predictive and preventive maintenance systems.


Asset Protection & Cost Optimization: -

  • Develop strategies to safeguard company assets and extend equipment life at optimal cost.
  • Deploy condition monitoring and reliability-centered maintenance practices.


Energy & Power Cost Reduction: -

  • Identify and execute energy conservation projects.
  • Optimize power utilization through automation and efficient load management.


Maintenance Cost Control: -

  • Manage spare parts inventory and reduce unplanned maintenance expenses.
  • Drive TPM (Total Productive Maintenance) initiatives for cost efficiency in Autonomous and Preventive Maintenance.


Site Project Execution & Layout Changes: -

  • Ensure timely execution of capital projects with minimal operational disruption.
  • Manage civil, electrical, statutory, legal, and safety-related projects effectively.


EHS Compliance & Risk Mitigation: -

  • Foster a strong safety culture across operations.
  • Ensure timely closure of safety alerts and incident reports.
  • Address hazards such as open panels, loose wiring, and inadequate guarding.
  • Maintain adherence to statutory and legal requirements.
  • Implement Greeno and ESG initiatives.


TPM Implementation: -

  • Demonstrate hands-on expertise in TPM deployment at the shop floor level.


Digitization & Automation: -

  • Troubleshoot PLC systems and maintain robotics for seamless automation.


Skill Development: -

  • Build a high-performing maintenance team through training in predictive tools and advanced diagnostics.


Vendor Management : -

  • Establish and maintain a reliable vendor network for critical spares and services.


Obsolescence Management: -

  • Plan and execute strategies for equipment replacement or modernization.


Emergency Preparedness : -

  • Develop contingency plans for critical equipment failures.


Continuous Improvement: -

  • Drive Kaizen and Lean initiatives to enhance maintenance processes.


Compliance Management: -

  • Ensure full compliance with legal and statutory requirements


Remarks:-

  • Looking for stable candidate (Frequent Job Change will not be considered)
  • Looking for candidates from Hosur & Nearby Location only.
  • Team Handling experience is must (On Roll & Workmen Category).
  • Must Know PLC Programming Modification and troubleshooting, good knowledge in SIMENS, DELTA, MITSUBISHI PLC
  • Working experience in Govt Officials & unionized factory is preferred.
  • Looking for Matured Candidate having hands on experience on PLC and Robots Maintenance. Utility and substation experience will be added advantage.
